ORDER EARLY!!!
Give us your required due date per costume. Allow adequate time
for size exchanges if needed prior to performance dates. Most
orders will be shipped 8-10 weeks from order date. Please allow
12-16 weeks for orders placed in months of Nov 15-Apr 15. SHIP
DATES ARE ESTIMATED WITH A TWO WEEK GRACE PERIOD. Be sure all
the information is complete or this could delay shipment. Marcea
Inc will not be liable for any damages whatsoever beyond monies
paid by customer.
ORDERING PROCESS:
- Always use your customer
number, last name and business name on all orders, payments,
correspondence, and telephone calls. Please remember the last
name your order was placed under. Customer number begins with
the first 3 letters of the last name.
- Check that you use the correct
style number, size, color code. If you have a question
regarding color codes, please call customer service.
- Sizes: Please check your
accompanying price list to see if the costume you are ordering
is available in the size. Child sizes are XSC, SC, INT, MC,
LC. Adult sizes are SA, MA. LA, XL-4X (Add $6.00 for each XL
in size. Xl-$6, 2X-$12, etc.). Use the size chart in this
booklet to determine the correct size you require. Ordering
incorrect sizes may delay the processing and delivery time of
your order. Keep in mind when ordering XSC-INT and
XL-4X sizes which are out of our normal pattern range and
are considered CUSTOM. The costume may look dimensionally
different and cannot be EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. Refer to the
price list for options in sizes available.
- Please include all contact
information, daytime phone, fax number and e mail address.
- Please include a specific Due
Date if a date is not specified we will ship as items are
available.
- All urgent orders must be
placed over the phone or online with a credit card, do not mail in
urgent orders.
- You will receive a
confirmation of your order when you phone in your order, mail
it in or place it with our online order form via USPS mail.
Please contact us immediately if you do not receive one within
10 days. We are not responsible for errors of any kind if you
do not review your confirmation.
ORDERING VIA TELEPHONE/FAX:
To place your order by phone, please call 800-821-7737 or
213-746-5191 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. Orders may be faxed to
213-746-8927.
ORDERING ONLINE:
Orders can be placed here online at www.marcea.com. You will
need the code to complete this process. The code can be found on
the mailing label on the back of your catalog. Once you submit
your online order, you will get a confirmation. You will also
receive a confirmation via USPS mail. Please contact us
immediately if you do not receive one within 10 days. We are not
responsible for errors of any kind if you do not review your
confirmation.
DISCOUNTS:
For quantity discounts see the “Price list and Discount policy”
portion of this booklet. Payments in full must accompany your
order. Discounts are based on when the order is postmarked and
paid in full.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- We DO NO SHIP COD.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover.
- Checks, money orders and
cashier checks. (Checks are subject to a 20 day clearing
period).
- A 30% deposit will be required
on all orders placed. This is non-refundable after the 3 day
cancellation policy.
- Purchase Orders-Orders will be
accepted from public education institutions or colleges. PO
must be signed by an authorized purchasing agent and monies
complete including shipping. 30 net terms only and no
discounts will apply on 30 net terms. PO’s must accompany the
order for us to process.
- CALIFORNIA customers only:
Please include sales tax of 8.25% on all orders. If tax
exempt, submit an exempt certificate with your order.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:
Cancellations: Must be made within three days of placing your
order. Any items cancelled after the three days will lose their
30% deposit.
Changes: Additions or deletions must be made within 24 hours. If
you see an error on your confirmation, you must report it
immediately.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Special Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns: NO REFUNDS. Unworn items can be returned within 10 days
in original packaging for a credit towards a future purchase.
Exchanges: All exchanges must have the exchange authorization
form. You must request an RA number within 21 days of your
invoice. RA numbers must appear on the outside of the packaging.
There is an exchange fee of $10.00 for the first item and $2.00
per item after. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for XL
sizes and higher. All items exchanged must be sent back in
original packaging. There will be no exchanges accepted on items
that have been soiled, written on, or mishandled in any way
whatsoever that makes the item non saleable. All exchanged will
be treated as a new order with the normal production times.
DISCLAIMER: Keep in mind when ordering XSC-INT and
XL-4X sizes which are out of our normal pattern and are
considered CUSTOM. The costume may look dimensionally different
and cannot be EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. Refer to the price list for
options in sizes available.
BACKORDERS:
Marcea Inc makes every effort to ship orders complete. If the
choice is ours to backorder items, there will be no additional
charges, unless the customer requests air shipping. If the
customer requests that a partial shipment be made, then
additional shipping charges will apply.
SHORTAGES AND SHIPPING PROBLEMS:
Any shortages in your order must be reported within 72 hours of
receiving your shipment. After this time, we are not responsible
for the missing item(s). If the carton is damaged, do not
destroy it. You must file a claim with the carrier for the lost
or damaged item(s).
FABRIC DISCLAIMER:
Due to unforeseen production, some fabrics may
change shades in processing at the mill. Swatches are available
upon request.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our offices will be closed on the following days:
11/26/09-11/27/09, 12/25/09, 1/1/10, 5/24/10,
9/6/10. You may leave a message at 800-821-7737 during these
days and an operator will return your call the following
business day.
PRICE POLICY:
The prices in this catalog are subject to change without notice.
Due to the availability of fabrics and other related
manufacturing situations we may find necessary to adjust our
prices accordingly.
CUSTOMER:
The Marcea Costume Collection 2009 is available to dance
studios, registered as an instruction business, public schools
and colleges. We do not sell to individuals.
